Hello! My name is Justin and I'm an amateur writer, finally focusing on my writing after years of dabbling in other forms of creative outlets and media. A majority of my writing is fiction, free verse poetry, and prose. The genres that I write in vary, but mostly fit the categories of surrealism, speculative, fantasy, sci-fi, and bildungsroman. 

I'm not absolutely certain who my writing style emulates, but I've been told that my poetry and prose reminds people of Pablo Neruda. I'd say that my primary influences are George Orwell, Haruki Murakami, and Sayaka Murata, but I know that I also pull from video games and movies such as Final Fantasy XIV and The Big Lebowski.

My hope is to become a self-publishing author of fiction, as well as build and grow a world that would be interesting in a tabletop RPG setting. 

Other than my fiction, poetry, and prose writing, I also enjoy speech and letter writing. And if you catch me during my non-writing times, then I'll probably be playing video games or worldbuilding/preparing a session for my tabletop RPG group.
